Can I really trial my furniture for 14-days?
Yes – Unbox it, style it, live with it for up to 14 days. If it’s not a fit, lodge a return request with photos.
- Perth metro - we'll collect it free.
- Outside metro - drop it at our Myaree warehouse, or book a courier at your cost.
Keep the cartons. Missing packaging incurs a 10% repack fee. Refunds land in your account within 5 business days after inspection.
Items must be in as-new condition.
Why are your prices lower than similar-looking furniture elsewhere?
We buy direct from the factory, so we don’t pay expensive showroom overheads or for layers of middle-men. That lean set-up lets us charge for materials and craftsmanship—nothing more.
Is this furniture genuinely outdoor-ready?
Absolutely. We specify powder-coated aluminium, FSC-certified teak, non-porous ceramic tops and weather-resistant fabrics—materials proven to live outside with minimal upkeep. A quick clean now and then is all they need.
How does delivery work?
- Message the day before – You’ll receive a message the afternoon prior with a 2-3 hour window. If you’d like SMS instead of email, add your mobile at checkout or in your account.
- En-route alert – Our driver will text or call when they’re on the way.
- Carry-through included – We place the furniture in your chosen ground-level spot.
