Shipping policy
1. Where We Deliver

Perth Metro Delivery – We currently deliver to postcodes within the Perth metropolitan area (check your postcode at checkout).

Outside Perth Metro – For regional WA or other states, you will need to choose "Pick-Up" at checkout and organise transport from our warehouse: Rear Warehouse, 85 McCoy Street, Myaree. Or please contact us for a personalised freight quote.

Pick-Up – Free collection is available from our Myaree warehouse. Choose “Pick-Up” at checkout and we will confirm when your order is ready.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Earliest slot – Next business day (Tuesday to Friday) after purchase.

Latest slot – Any date you choose up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

All deliveries therefore occur within 90 days of purchase unless you select an earlier date.

4. On-Site Service

Carry-Through Included – Our team will place your furniture in the ground level spot you choose.

Stairs, Lifts or Tight Access – If delivery involves more than five stairs in total, a lift, or narrow passages, please tell us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
5. Inspecting Your Delivery & Reporting Transit Damage

Please unpack and inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you find any damage or missing parts that may have occurred in transit, contact us within 3 business days at team@outdoorfurniturewarehouse.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Keeping original packaging helps us process claims with our carriers, so please retain cartons until you are satisfied with your items.

This request does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. It helps us resolve transit issues promptly and fairly.
6. Missed Delivery or Rescheduling
If no one is present inside the booked window and nowhere safe to leave your items, we can reschedule your delivery at a fee of $80. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
7. Changes to This Policy
We review our shipping terms regularly. The version on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
