14-Day Outdoor Trial (Change-of-Mind)

Try your furniture at home for up to 14 days. If it isn’t a fit, lodge a return request within the 14-day window.

• Perth metro: we’ll arrange one free weekday pick-up.
• Outside Perth metro: return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
• Items must be in as-new condition, assembled or not–either is fine. 
  Missing or damaged cartons may incur a 10% repack fee.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Signed in already?

   Open your account, choose the order, then tap “Request return.”

2. No account yet?

   Create one with the same email you used at checkout—your order appears instantly, ready for the “Request return” button.

3. From your email

   Click “View your order” in the confirmation email, then select “Request return.”
